Former President Asif Zardari opposed the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan.
According to the sources, the Interior Ministry has sought written permission from the Prime Minister's Office for the arrest of Imran Khan.
The arrest of Imran Khan will be implemented with the consensus of government allies.
Zardari is not in favor of Imran Khan's arrest, he thinks that Imran Khan's arrest will be a political loss.
The sources claim that the arrest will be made only after the consensus among the government allies and mutual consultation process is going on among the government allies on this matter.
It should be noted that after the case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan is likely to be arrested, PTI leader Murad Saeed has claimed that orders have been issued for the arrest of Chairman PTI.
Sources say that the road leading to Imran Khan's residence was closed for unrelated people and only people close to Imran Khan and residents of the area are allowed to enter.
According to sources, Imran Khan is not present in Bani Gala to avoid arrest in a case under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
