Gas supply is still suspended in Quetta city and other areas while LPG is being sold at an arbitrary price.
Due to the suspension of needle gas supply, there has been a rush at the LPG cylinder shops and the shopkeepers have arbitrarily hiked the gas prices due to the increase in demand.
In Quetta, LPG is being sold at Rs 300 per kg, while in the suburbs, LPG is being sold at Rs 400 per kg.
Apart from this, electricity is off in various cities of Balochistan due to the collapse of electricity towers, while mobile phone network service is also affected in some areas despite the Prime Minister's instructions.
