57 more deaths due to rain and floods, toll crosses 1250


 

National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), 38 people died in Sindh during the last 24 hours, while 17 deaths were recorded in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, besides one each in Kashmir and Balochistan. A fatality was reported

According to NDM, 57 more people lost their lives in 24 hours, after which the total number of deaths across the country has reached 1265, while the total number of injured people has reached a record 7683.

According to NDMA, 22 men, 18 women and 17 children have died in 24 hours due to rains and floods.

The National Disaster Management Authority, while releasing the data according to the provinces, said that 470 people died and 7204 people were injured due to rains and floods in Sindh province, while the number of deaths in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is 285 so far.
