Onion, tomato import from Afghanistan and Iran has started

According to the customs officials, a truck carrying tomatoes has arrived in Pakistan from Afghanistan today through Bab Dosti.

Customs officials say that FBR has reduced the levy and duty tax on import of tomato and onion to zero.

On the other hand, Clearing Association says that tomato and onion trucks are parked on Bob Dosti, no more trucks are allowed.

In this regard, the security officials say that they have not received orders to leave the trucks without paying the tax.
